Since then I've been running his test e 250 during my health phase and it's the smoothest test I've used!

He has bif goals and I have helped set out his agreement to help make sure he can't slack on himself because I believe in him. As will the rest of the team once the background things and log kicks offf

Previously I would have gone with Cabergoline for Prolactin issues,
but after finding out that Caba can cause some heart problems,
I'm definitely all for Supps & nutritional intervention instead bros.

One other main point is that taking any Aas, Hgh, Hgh secretalogs can raise prolactin levels.
For bodybuilders, a healthy thyroid is critical for several reasons: (I copied & pasted this to save time) I've also added my own explanations

• Protein Synthesis and Muscle Repair: Thyroid hormones are crucial for protein synthesis, helping to repair and grow muscle tissue after intense workouts.
• Fat Loss and Metabolism: T3 regulates basal metabolic rate (BMR), determining how many calories are burned at rest. A properly functioning thyroid accelerates fat metabolism, assisting with fat loss and maintaining low body fat levels.
• Energy Generation and Training Capacity: Thyroid hormones are necessary for generating energy within the muscle cells. Low thyroid levels can lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, and muscle cramping.
• Mitochondrial Function: T3 assists in the creation and function of mitochondria (the energy factories) in muscle cells, promoting better endurance and recovery.
• Muscle Regeneration: Thyroid signaling plays a key role in the satellite cell-mediated repair of skeletal muscle after injury or intense training.
• All this means muscle growth & possible fat loss at the same time.
  Symptoms of Low Thyroid Levels (Induced by HGH/AAS)
• If HGH or AAS use causes excessive suppression of thyroid function, individuals may experience.
  Difficulty losing body fat or unexpected weight gain.

Fatigue and exercise intolerance.
Muscle weakness or soreness.
Decreased anabolic efficiency (difficulty building muscle)
This is why you will most often see T3 & T4 taken together in Bodybuilders cycles while taking Hgh & Aas together.
T3 at a dose of 25mcg per day & T4 at a dose of 100mcg per day is the standard dose taken.
This dose usually brings the Thyroid levels back into the high range or above.
This allows the body to function at supraphysiological rates which is what we want as bodybuilders (we want extra so that we can become extra) the other crucial missing piece is Insulin.
Insulin is the most Anabolic hormone in the body more Anabolic than Hgh or Aas.
Adding extra on the Insulin pathway is more beneficial & safer on the body than Adding more Hgh or Ass when the time comes for that next level growth.
Also,
taking Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and Human Growth Hormone (HGH) significantly interferes with insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism.
Both substances can individually, and especially in combination, increase the risk of developing insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance, and type 2 diabetes.
This can also spell less muscle growth.
Taking Retatrutide can address this issue but it won't add any extra muscle growth like Insulin can.
Most Coaches don't like giving their Clients an Insulin protocol because if you don't take the extra simple & complex carbs at the right times with Insulin use it can be dangerous.
But if done correctly it's an absolute Godsend from the Muscle Gods.
I'm happy to help with any protocols with T3 & T4 & or Insulin brothers

T3 at a dose of 25mcg per day & T4 at a dose of 100mcg per day

I can not recomend these with out bloodwork stating that they are needed. They are some very heavy hitting meds and if they are used when not needed they can cause someone to become dependant on them.

Insulin is something easy to program anyway 10:1 at a starting point and have an emergency protocol in place.

There are also countless other things to help regulate insulin sensitivity.

A good starting thing is berberine.

You can always consider metformin.

Reta fills this roll as well. So do most if not all of the midocondria peptides.

People need to learn how to build smarter stacks.

One other main point is that taking any Aas, Hgh, Hgh secretalogs can raise prolactin levels.
For bodybuilders, a healthy thyroid is critical for several reasons: (I copied & pasted this to save time) I've also added my own explanations

• Protein Synthesis and Muscle Repair: Thyroid hormones are crucial for protein synthesis, helping to repair and grow muscle tissue after intense workouts.
• Fat Loss and Metabolism: T3 regulates basal metabolic rate (BMR), determining how many calories are burned at rest. A properly functioning thyroid accelerates fat metabolism, assisting with fat loss and maintaining low body fat levels.
• Energy Generation and Training Capacity: Thyroid hormones are necessary for generating energy within the muscle cells. Low thyroid levels can lead to muscle weakness, fatigue, and muscle cramping.
• Mitochondrial Function: T3 assists in the creation and function of mitochondria (the energy factories) in muscle cells, promoting better endurance and recovery.
• Muscle Regeneration: Thyroid signaling plays a key role in the satellite cell-mediated repair of skeletal muscle after injury or intense training.
• All this means muscle growth & possible fat loss at the same time.
  Symptoms of Low Thyroid Levels (Induced by HGH/AAS)
• If HGH or AAS use causes excessive suppression of thyroid function, individuals may experience.
  Difficulty losing body fat or unexpected weight gain.

Fatigue and exercise intolerance.
Muscle weakness or soreness.
Decreased anabolic efficiency (difficulty building muscle)
This is why you will most often see T3 & T4 taken together in Bodybuilders cycles while taking Hgh & Aas together.
T3 at a dose of 25mcg per day & T4 at a dose of 100mcg per day is the standard dose taken.
This dose usually brings the Thyroid levels back into the high range or above.
This allows the body to function at supraphysiological rates which is what we want as bodybuilders (we want extra so that we can become extra) the other crucial missing piece is Insulin.
Insulin is the most Anabolic hormone in the body more Anabolic than Hgh or Aas.
Adding extra on the Insulin pathway is more beneficial & safer on the body than Adding more Hgh or Ass when the time comes for that next level growth.
Also,
taking Anabolic-Androgenic Steroids (AAS) and Human Growth Hormone (HGH) significantly interferes with insulin sensitivity and glucose metabolism.
Both substances can individually, and especially in combination, increase the risk of developing insulin resistance, impaired glucose tolerance, and type 2 diabetes.
This can also spell less muscle growth.
Taking Retatrutide can address this issue but it won't add any extra muscle growth like Insulin can.
Most Coaches don't like giving their Clients an Insulin protocol because if you don't take the extra simple & complex carbs at the right times with Insulin use it can be dangerous.
But if done correctly it's an absolute Godsend from the Muscle Gods.

Exactly brother! blood work is crucial especially estrogen levels for Hgh conversion into Igf1 & Bgls for blood sugar too

I can not recomend these with out bloodwork stating that they are needed. They are some very heavy hitting meds and if they are used when not needed they can cause someone to become dependant on them.

Insulin is something easy to program anyway 10:1 at a starting point and have an emergency protocol in place.

There are also countless other things to help regulate insulin sensitivity.

A good starting thing is berberine.

You can always consider metformin.

Reta fills this roll as well. So do most if not all of the midocondria peptides.

People need to learn how to build smarter stacks.

Agreed on the bloodwork being needed brother however we take Testosterone & other types of Aas to have much higher than normal levels in our body & it's the same reason why we take Hgh.
Let's face it we take levels that are much much higher than the body can produce on it's own.
Taking Hgh is unlikely to affect our bodies own natural production of Hgh when we stop taking it.
Taking any Aas even at a low doses however significantly suppresses or stops our bodies own natural production of Testosterone & when we stop taking them we are left with our body having little to no natural production of Test on its own, sometimes for very long periods of time leading to dependence or Pct therapy.

However this isn't the case with taking Insulin like you stated as taking it cannot lead to dependence or alterations of the body's own natural production in anyway when we stop & cannot lead to you becoming a diabetic.
Even with your Bgl levels in check it still means that you are missing out on potentially the most anabolic pathway in the body.

You are correct that taking T3/T4 can cause permanent disruption same as could possibly be the case with taking Aas.
Though this is unlikely if taken at the doses that bodybuilders most often use T3/T4 in their cycles same as Aas use depending on the duration & cycling techniques.

The goal of taking T3/T4 in combination with Aas, Hgh & Insulin is to be able to minimise fat gain on a cycle & to build muscle & lose fat at the same time which is most often very hard to do on a push without the synergistic combinations that I mentioned.
It's pretty cool to be able to do this as it can largely strip the need for fat loss & low grade muscle gain recomp cycles.
Bloodwork like you said & proper dosing of all compounds involved is crucial for the success of this.

100% brother but you can still have high good thyroid function on AAS and hgh. I view it as if it's needed 100% but if it's not needed then don't run the risk
