Let's be honest with two kids, a wife that is dealing with a broken leg, and working full-time, I just don't have the time to prep my own food. Sometimes I have to take out some orders over the phone or through the app to get some to my house. I'm using UberEat. What would be some healthier take-out food options that you recommend for me?

In a tight spot with diet, Sushi always works for me. Not the fancy fried meat ones. Simple, Tuna / Salmon / Grilled chicken and steamed prawns. Less sauce, less soy sauce. Ginger and wasabi good for your sinuses and gut.

Many IFBB pros use Sushi as their go to refeed on a prep. Nasser el sonbaty, Jay cutler, Hideta yamagishi to name a few.
