I'm currently six foot two and 155 pounds. I would like to start bulking up. I know that a lot of people say that you're supposed to increase your calories so I plan on increasing it from about 2,700 calories to 3,700 calories maybe a little more. I have that part already figured out.
My question is when it comes to weight training, should I start doing more heavy weights and then lower repetitions? Maybe in a 5- to 6-rep range maximum? Or do you think that's just bro science?
