Trying to figure out Tren and if I should increase the dosage after four weeks

I'm currently at week four of using Tren. I started out at 150 mg a week. I'm seeing some good results but I also am worried that I'm leaving gains on the table.
Do you think I should increase it to 250 mg or maybe even 400 mg now that I know that the side effects aren't that bad? Or should I keep the dose where it's at, you think?
I'm 26 years old. This is the first time I've used Tren. I'm 238 lb and about 14 or 15% body fat.

Man can I tell you I've done it both ways. Ran 70mg, 150mg, 210mg, 250mg. All the same, with increasing side effects.

The beauty of tren is that you don't need to run a large dose to see a huge benefit. Even 35mg/ a week (yes you read that right) will elicit nutrients partitioning and additional IGF-1 expression from GH. This is boring though, which is where the common-practice 70mg/ week comes from.

Keep the dose where it's at and leverage GH alongside it and really dial in your training and nutrition and you'll see just as good (though probably BETTER results) than a higher dose of Tren.
