Hi everyone 👋

New to the community here after coming over from Evo! Luckily for me, I’ve had the opportunity to be sponsored by @Prymal after buying their products out of pocket since day dot. My goal is moving from 110kg to 95kg over 4-5 months, hopefully getting some good quality muscle while im doing it! 💪 I originally started at 122.6kg just under 3 months ago.

My workouts are based around high repetitions 20-25 reps per workout (exceptions with compound movements) and I run a Push, Pull, Legs, Push, Pull, Legs, Rest split. Which is what Ronnie Coleman did lol all days I try to get on the treadmill for atleast 30 minutes and look to get in atleast 10000 steps a day.

Front Squat 80kg x 5 3 sets

Hack Squat BW+120kg x 10 3 sets

Leg Extensions 82kg x 20 3sets

Leg Curls 40kg x 20 3 sets

Treadmill 30 minutes 5kmph (the treadmill is upstairs it was so messy getting up there lol)

Feeling a little flat today and only slept for 4 hours, much shorter than my usual 8. It doesn’t help that my partner snores like a freight train lol. 😂 I also forgot to have any preworkout carbs but was able to push through, made up for it with a protein dense gyg meal at the end of the day.

Got some blister forming today from new shoes! I’ll get some blister bandaids to fix it up for tomorrow 😃

Great workout today, pinned the NAD+ and it stung like hell! And I realise now that the vial is bigger for more bac water. 🤣 even killed when injecting. Unless I had some sort of runners high from my walk I really felt a sustained energy from the NAD+ carry me through the workout today. No pics but I felt I had a good pump today and I’m starting to feel a real pride in myself. My belly is still there, but more than that I’m carrying myself with pride and confidence. Aside from the aesthetics, that’s a big thing for me too. Excited to keep on keeping on through this journey with the gang here supporting me along 💪
