Spicing up my chicken, rice, and broccoli meals

I'm going to be doing chicken, rice, and broccoli meals at least once or twice a day but I will admit I don't want to get bored from it because then I might decide to do something else. What is a way that you spice up this type of meal to make it more fun and so you don't get bored with it?

Bros, I'm a big fan of chicken, rice, and broccoli. I've been eating that for many years. Add some lemon or some lime to the chicken; it will give it some good zest, make it like a Mexican meal.

Spices are good bro but don't be afraid to add in some more food items that will make the meal a bit more enjoyable and add health benefits as well. Some staples for my meals/ meal plans include:

Pineapple
Beetroot
Macadamia nuts (careful, these are calorie dense)
Pickles, saurkraut or kimchi
Carrot
Tomato

Don't be afraid to change up your protein source as well. Sure, chicken is extremely high in protein but you can also get away with;

Fish
Turkey
Beef

Figuring out what you enjoy will make the process much easier for you.

I'll agree here. It's kinda a trope to see very singular and boring meals in many a bodybuilders 'plan'. Yet all the most successful logs here do NOT eat the same thing multiple times per day

Could try some Indian tandoori seasoning or some of the chinese spice mixes( Shanghail spice or sichuan)
watch out for high sodium if you’re tracking it.

If you’e not into the hotter stuff , lemon pepper or bit of cracked pepper, mustard powder or paprika sprinkled on.

Macros allowing can make some taziki or greek yoghurt sauce
or some garlic mayo.
