For a bit of context here you guys can jump in and have a look at my log. I've recently migrated from EVO and UGL with whom I have around a year of logs. I'm currently half way through my prep for IFBB Season A National Championships (12 weeks to go), and wanted to share my experience with the full mitochondrial support stack from @HeliosLabs

My experience:
I'd run oral 5 amino 1mq in the past alongside Methylene blue and notice a resilience towards diet induced fatigue, but this time around as the Mito Stack did its work I noticed that my energy, focus and endurance each day just kept getting better, and so did the fat-loss.
I went from (in the off-season) barely managing to balance business, family life (with a new-born) and training within normal life-style hours to having days that went from 430pm - 930pm, non-stop, with more productivity and energy then ever before. 7 days a week. My soul is on FIRE.
So to say there simply doesn't seem to be a limit to how much I can take on with each of my days.
To say the experience has been (is) life changing I think is an understatement. A good amount of my clients are having a similar experience and if you'd like I'd be more than happy to post their progress/ wins as well
In any case, here is what 10 weeks looked like on the Mito Stack with as much as 3, 300 calories and no more than 15 mins cardio, daily.
