Got a young family consisting of 4 kids and a fiancé
Work 12 hour days 7 days a week
had enough of being fat and tired so gave up the alcohol around 11 months ago and stared trying to easy better aswell as going to the gym every now and then

Got a local gym coach for nutrition and peds use at around the 1/9/25 did a few months with the coach but was wasn’t 100% committed due to lack of communication and explanation of compounds so started looking for more guidance
So come to the end of November found Cg who has been a real life changer in the way he coaches 🙏🏽which I will be forever great full for
Have been in a tracked cut now for 10 weeks with Cg
But as I have my wedding coming up in another 11 weeks we decided to start heading in a different direction so that I’m not looking so empty when it comes to the wedding

Today was legs 😅
Felt a little flat yesterday so added half a scoop of zombie labs end of days for a caffeine hit mixed with some non stim focus pre workout and 60grams of carb powder as it was a early start , smashed it out and worked a treat

misses told me my legs were different sizes so I’m working on single leg sets for my leg press and leg extension focusing on full range of motion and not worried about how many plates I can lift

After 13 weeks in a deficit , pushing hard with 2am starts every morning aswell as balancing the kids,misses and work
Bit of fatigue come in on the 15th so had a discussion with coach Cg and decided a few days rest wouldn’t hurt
First night slept a solid 12 hours and was definitely needed felt like a new man so we’re back at it pushing hard with early starts 💪🏿

Food wise , Calories have stayed the same and very basic foods

Quick run down of a usual day

2am Pre workout
60grams carb powder with a non stim pre workout with 2 grams heart salt

40grams of protein powder with creatine mono hydrate
