First 2026 Log 9/1/26
Cycle/Log Update
Locked in with camp CG and Helios Labs for just over 8 weeks now , took a break over Christmas week and stopped tracking and enjoyed myself but straight back into for 2026 fun’s over, CG has currently got me focusing on a deficit , body fat loss and body recomposition phase still, I’m currently now sitting 3.1kgs down at 85.1kg as weighed in today fasted. Since bringing in pre workout carbs my strength and energy levels have been out of the roof and still gaining strength whilst in a deficit . Moved my workout plan into a PPLUL
Instead of body part focused sessions and seeing a lot of improvements already. Gaining more knowledge from CG every single day and about myself looking forward to what 2026 can bring.
