Welcome to my log guys quick run down on me and what’s been happening
Got a young family consisting of 4 kids and a fiancé
Work 12 hour days 7 days a week
had enough of being fat and tired so gave up the alcohol around 11 months ago and stared trying to easy better aswell as going to the gym every now and then
Got a local gym coach for nutrition and peds use at around the 1/9/25 did a few months with the coach but was wasn’t 100% committed due to lack of communication and explanation of compounds so started looking for more guidance
So come to the end of November found Cg who has been a real life changer in the way he coaches
Have been in a tracked cut now for 10 weeks with Cg
But as I have my wedding coming up in another 11 weeks we decided to start heading in a different direction so that I’m not looking so empty when it comes to the wedding
