Training: Push/Pull/Legs/Rest. All exercises will be 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps

The Cycle: I'm on 175mg TestE and 2mg Retatrutide a week . AAS Protocol, bloods will be posted.

Leg Session from home testing out the leg press plate for the smith machine and did some Squats for the first time in 10 years. Never liked them but now my hamstrings and gluts are stronger its a lot easier to do.

Its very filling some days but well worth it as i dont have Prework out drinks because they make me sick.
 
Pull Session Tonight with 30 min cardio. Coach Cg20 asked me to bush harder so I increased weight and had at it 100g of Cream of Rice energy and @HeliosLabs Slupp332 doing its Thing. Looking forward to adding Mot-c to see how my performance goes.

The Hard Facts: Started my Fat loss in Jan 2024 @ 132Kg over the 2 years i Have had Ups and downs 2 Sports Injury 1 needing Surgery witch i had in September 2025 ACL Reconstruction. But we Back and Pushing to be Shredded. November 2025 I got a coach Cg20 to Point me in the right Direction and Me made Progress

Stats: Age : 37, Height: 183cm / 6 ft , Weight:229 lbs/ 99kg

Training: Push/Pull/Legs/Rest. All exercises will be 3-5 sets of 12-15 reps

The Cycle: I'm on 175mg TestE and 2mg Retatrutide a week . AAS Protocol, bloods will be posted.

This is a very juicy start to this. I like the food and I like the touchdown pictures. I think you can be stage ready within two years in my opinion. @Omad
 
@Omad good job on this bro. I like that you're putting together some good food and it's really looking solid, the dinner. I like a lot nothing more simple than vegetables, rice, and chicken.
Its the only way keep it simple can't go wrong

Week 10 check in with Coach @cg20 . Traveling well this week had some weight loss 98.3kg and Gym performance is up. so no changers needed. Had some more supply's come in from @helios Labs so will be getting in to them this week and keep on pushing. Have a good Week legends 💪

Bros, damn, that's crazy. I've been on here for a long time, way back when the internet was just starting out.
 
Leg day last night did warmup on leg press and 1st heavy set i felt some pain in my Knee i had surgery on. Droped weight and took it easy fro the rest of the workout. had more pain after cardio especially after Stairs where i had to stop at 300. Will be giving my knee a rest this week and do upper body. will see how cardio goes will do bike if needed. Added some resting Blood pressure check and heart Rate for the week.
