Hi I want to buy a vegan protein powder with as much low calories as can be. Chocolate flavour is best since I want to have it with almond or soy milk or whatever it may be

Can you guys give a good recommendation?

Thanks

first can you tell us why vegan protein to begin with bro?

For example sometimes I fast during the year for Christmas lets say. I'm fasting at the moment for 40 days prior to Christmas. That means I sort of have to live like a vegan for 40 days

All good?

get some raw coconut water instead of almond or soy milk. it is way less processed and way more healthier

No. Fasting is NOT the same as eating like a vegan.

Lent, which makes sense for the timescale, isn't fasting. It's going without something or making a sort of sacrifice.

Plus I don't know which 'vegan' option you'd like

I don't know what form of Christian you are but for Greek orthodox Christians fasting is a bit like eating like a vegan, not totally but sort of close

I'm not. Pretty much atheist.

Definition of fasting: Fasting is the voluntary abstinence from food and sometimes drink for a set period, practiced for religious, spiritual, or health reasons.

There's no 'vegan' version. More so any religious version as the concept of veganism is modern.

What are the Greek Orthdox 'rules' as such? And is it as I also said like Lent? So less actual fasting and more about going without certain foods as a way of showing faith?

Regardless there are a bunch of protein options. The bigger issue is, under the headline of being 'Vegan' how they are processed.
