I’m looking for some advice when it comes to using quick carbs. Something that I can take in a pinch and something that I can consume ahead of the gym. What do you recommend I try? Looking to get some energy and some quick filling of my muscles for glycogen.
Bros you're going to laugh at me but cereal would be a good option. But make sure you make check that doesn't full of sugar. A lot of cereals are not good for you.
Sweet potatoes are really good. Make sure you cook them really well and you cut off the skin. They'll digest a lot easier that way. Also, brown rice is a good one.
