how to heal injuries fast with supplements

I work in construction and my body takes a beating.
Lots of bruises, cuts and bleeding. I don’t heal up the way I used to at 50 years old.
Would like to take some supplements to speed up healing.
Any suggestions? I already tried multi vitamins they don’t do a thing
