Currently doing lgd and rad140, 10mgs of each and I’m at 4 weeks. I’m up to 166lbs and 27 years old at 6’1’’
I’m seeing some better results in the gym and more recovery. But I’m not seeing enough endurance improvements for when I do cardio.
Cardio is definitely my weak spot. I hate doing it.
Should I add gw501516 to this ? How about 10mgs 2x a day ?
