I’m looking to run some cardarine gw and rad140 but want to run it a bit different then I did last time.
Prior I did gw 20mgs a day and rad 10mgs a day. Results were 5+ pound change but not much fat loss.
This time I was thinking maybe I should increase the GW dose a little bit and maybe drop the rad down to 5mgs a day? Do you think that would work or am I crazy?
I’m 55 years old, 5’10’’ 180 pounds
