best sarms for RAD and gw together?

What would you recommend with dosing I use if I want to do both RAD and GW501516 together for recomp.
Does more= better? Or should I be using something else?
My main issue is I don’t feel like spending a fortune. Do you think 5mgs a day of either would work or should I do something else?

more is not always better......even with mild doses you can get good results if you stick to a good real food diet plan and train harder.......

5mgs of rad is not enough
20mgs rad 20mgs gw is minimum but you can start with 10
