I’m 58 years old and 5’9’’ 240 pounds, probably 27% bf according to the dork at my gym who tested me.
coming off a 20 year marriage and I have 4 grown kids who are all on their own. Its just me and my dog and I need companionship again. Gotta get into better shape though.
I’m about 90% sure I want to go for sarms but if you recommend steroids instead I’ll listen to you on that.
