Im going in with 165lbs.
9am:
1 cup of eggs = 120 Cals
1 1/2 polish sausage = 510 Cals
2 provolone = 200 Calories
11am:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese = 100 cals
1pm:
1 sirloin patty = 330 cals
2 provolone = 200 cals

Yo everybody! I am going into my next cycle to gain mass and stay lean with 3,000 calorie diet. Low in fats high in complex carbs and protein (approx 260 - 300 grams). In avoiding lactose products since they fuck my stomach.
Last spring I ran Test. P for 8 weeks. 100mg eod. I got pretty sick...
Great input from you guys. I have done 100mg eod for 8 weeks got amazing gains. So perhaps im gonna do 150 eod (450mg per week) rather than 300mg per week with hcg 250 every 4 days. should be good
