Have a friend who was taking 200mg deca and his back broke out real bad. I have not had this problem. Is there anything he can do to eliminate this, or is he just SOL?

FYI: I am taking 45mg tabs (very tiny) not sure I can break them up very easily, but not sure if I want to take more than that. I am also taking 400mg test & 400mg deca, only doing dbol for first 4 weeks also.
I am in my first week of taking dbol and was curious as when is the best time of day to take it. I am taking about 30 minutes before workout, but did not know if I should take in the morning.
