besides the scrambles eggs, you have no real source of fat and a calorie count(per meal and daily total including carbs,protein,and fat) would be helpful along with stats so we know how much you should be eating

there is a reason they are called ANABOLIC steroids, and not just steroids not all steroids are anabolic, hell some allergy medicines have steroids in them, doesnt mean ur running a cycle this is the definition of the term steroid Any of numerous naturally occurring or synthetic fat-soluble...

dont use the superdrol, from everything ive read it is just like a weak d-bol so you might as well just have extended your d-bol frontload by 4 weeks also, i am not a fan of these legal steroid-alternatives, they are just weak, dangeous alternatives to a quality product(by which i mean real gear)

bump to this, only scammer i understand is the ones that just send nothing at all b/c they are assholes, but making gear is freakin cheap compared to what you can sell it for.....ugh $hitty people

there are many good online guys out there, but i would never trust a guy who claimed his stuff was legal, 10-1 its a scam or a fed

if he is selling you what i think it is, you are being ripped off for stuff that is most likely not even legit gear idk the rules around here as im new to this forum, not new to bodybuilding, new to this forum, but i reccomend you pm a mod or vet to help you get a better source if you do decide...
