Throw some broccoli in a slow cooker and throw the rice in a rice cooker; they'll come up perfect. Also with the chicken, try the air fryer; it comes out perfect that way.
A good trick with psyllium husk is to stagger it throughout the day. Maybe try to eat it with your meals, especially if you're going high protein. That will help your fiber intake go up.
Definitely start with some HGH but you can also add some GHRP. You can also add some tesamorelin and ipamorelin. If you do add those peptides, 100 to 200 mcg a day is perfectly fine.
