Hopefully, you'll be able to do the chin-ups without any assistance at some point. I definitely think those are a great way to build up the strong back and arms at the same time. @gar71
Straight-arm rope pulldown and single-arm kneeling cable pulldown. Those are really good exercises. You're not going to go wrong on either. @Trenhead3cc
I think with anything in life, sometimes you get burned out. You just don't get enough money for it, or you might feel like it's getting too repetitive. @Swcc
The idea with peptides like melanotan is to use as much as you can without getting side effects. It can cause issues, so you've got to be careful with that.
You'll get good results on BPC but you need to inject it in the injury. BPC needs to be spot injected for best results. That's how I recommend you use it.
I would do 5mg of anavar per day for 6 weeks. That would be a good start for you. Once you get a little older, you can start stacking or getting more aggressive.
Better make sure if you're going to use trenbolone, that you're using N2Guard. They're mandatory in that situation. It really works good and it works fast.
This is how I would use Tirzepatide effectively in your situation. I would go the first 4 weeks at 1.5mg, then I would jump it up to 2mg, then I would jump it up to 2.5mg, and go from there.
