Hammer strength machines leave you extremely vulnerable. Builds zero tendon strength or connector muscles. Stick with regualar bench and you'll get there

Traps can be a tricky muscle to work. I tend to see people try and always go super heavy when shrugging behind the back that can lead to bad form and serious shoulder issues down the road. Cleans do help as long as you think up right row while doing them and they don't have to be super heavy...
Mobility is most likely the cause if I had to guess maybe try working lighter weights for a while and squatting the entire range(ass to the grass).

Believe it or not it's like a withdrawal. You have to go two or three weeks low carb low cal before your body stops thinking it needs it.

Yep. That's why when ever I see some one doing over and under hand grip heavy dreads I warn them. Now a days I would just assume use straps the under hand grip.

I have ruptured both distal bicep tendons. One in a arm wrestling competition and the other doing weighted pull ups,I had a 125 lb belt on plus my 250 pound body weight. Each time I ruptured the tendon before any real pressure was applied just the flex of my bicep ruptured them.
With that...
I am a. If believer it's not what you eat but how much, for the most part. Don't eliminate everything at once foods an addiction and cold turkey ain't always the best. Start removing stuff from your diet a little at a time once it becomes a way of life it's easy.

So I was just about to place an order on sarms1 and was trying to do some research on doses per bottle and came across a site saying sarms1 is a scam these days. The talk was it use to be legit but product has gone down hill. Any truth or are they still the place to go.

I am always solo so I don't train to complete failure but I go until I feel like I don't have enough in the tank for one more. One thing about training solo is if it goes down it HAS TO GO BACK UP.
