    i used to take it back in high school and it definitely made me bigger and stronger but the added water wieght did not give me the more defined look i wanted...also i started having chest pains related to that or not i stopped taking it

    exactly and ego is all it is between us and since he knows im much stronger than him at everthing else thats what he knows will push my buttons...ive never heard of strengthening tendons how can this be done?

    How is it that I can bench/curl/lift more than my friend but he can still destroy me at arm wrestling? Granted hes shorter than me but i dont think leverage would be that much of a factor...what can be done to increase strength in arm wresting?

    Why do i shake?

    Seems like every once in awhile ill get the shakes for some reason during certain excersizes but they only last for the first set or 2 what causes this? The weight isnt very heavy doing about 8 reps with it but i shake all the way through...ive been lifting for quite awhile what causes this?
