Start of the week update, didn’t get pics was focused on music going and getting it done.
Started 3k walk
3 sets of 8 lunges with 5kg weight each hand.
Planked 3 times 30sec each one. Definitely sign my core needs a lot of work 😓
On other note 1 kids coming down with something at the school...
Update for today, received a 20mg Reta pen some mt2 and a bottle of anavar as I was looking to possible add 5-10mg - let me know what yous think.
My weight is staying 54,55kg which is pre kid weight for me 🥰
