Weeks update
This week I’ve upped my cardio to 3km every afternoon. And here are a couple of my meals through the week. The reta has me looking at food like I can eat it all but struggle to finish some meals which helps keep my calories down.

Cardio every week day 1k or more.
Can’t wait to get start the mt2 in abit once I buy some and get some colour back 😅

Will be and still currently on his Reta @ 2mg a week. Will look at adding Mt2 later in log.
Goals are to drop another 2/3kg and firm back up after 3 kids. I have dropped approx 5-6kg the whole time I’ve been on SCS Reta.
