Sus250 has two short esters. 90mg of the 250mg is short. Short esters are in your system for 4 days. I don't understand why every two days would not be ideal. I know twice a week works perfectly fine.

I have been trying to absolutely destroy one muscle a day "18-24" sets then I leave it alone for the week.

So your doing a total of 3 or 6 exercises per muscle? Work every muscle once a week?

So how many sets should someone be doing?
