Same thing happened here. When I was on a CKD, I'de only have carbs after cardio and I was pretty strict about it. Then I'de devour 4000+ calories thruout the rest of the day.
However, since I've added carbs back into my daily routine, I haven't binged once. I eat carbs for nearly every meal...
This estimated calories, is this per serving or whole?
I eat eggs all the time, and 1cup (or 4 whole egg white) is closer to 100 calories. Not to mention the graham crackers and strawberries.

when applying, do I rub it in or let it sit?
Also, besides an eca, are their any other supplements you recommend while taking this?
