I saw that you were answering questions about clen and I just recently joined this site so I am not sure on how to post things correctly yet- but hopefully you could give me some advice. I am 26, 5'4 and 130lbs. I have been flash training to get in shape for a marthon in a little over 3 weeks now that someone talked me into. I have done marathons before but typically I have had more time to get in shape (oh, and the marathon is in Hawaii which means bikini body is a must). Point is, I am hoping to do a 3 week clen cycle before my plane leaves for Honolulu; however- do you think the clen will have a pos/neg effect on my running? Will there be any noticable weight loss in 3 weeks? Thank so much!
