I guess I really only looked at your day 3 lifts, the rest aren't bad coming off a back injury and just getting out of the hospital.

I'm kinda confused how you've done dozens of cycles and gained 10-15lbs each time yet only weigh 168lbs.
The lifts you've logged are what a person with average genetics could do after 6 months of training without any PH's.
