Aside from going to a lab (legit or ug, no matter), is there any simple test an individual can do to confirm the presence of actual Test in the oil of a vial or amp? The % would be good to know, but that's asking too much.
Does anyone recommend taking this ? I have no expereince with it but read a few things and thought it seemed worth a try. Anyone have good experience with it ?
For the last couple of weeks I have been stretching in the sauna before a workout and I feel amazing! I used to have neck issues and ever since I started this routine I feel better in my workouts and after! Anyone else doing this? You ladies should try it out!
Any one on here into crossfit ? I was thinking about mixing it up and giving it a go after years of traditional weight lifting. I wouldnt mind adding some HIIT to my training but I do know people get hurt quite easily. What do you guys think?
