Did a 4 week cycle f RPN Havoc and Spectra Force furaguno. Ate like a beast during and trained 6 days a week. I used Gaspari Novedex as a PCT. Gained 22 pounds during cycle, lost about 3 pounds after. Also, managed to cut about an inch of my waist (32" to 31") during the cycle.
