I didn't nurse Billy. He was sleeping through the night at 8 weeks old. Yeah I don't mind getting up once in the night generally. But she also does this thing where within 1 or 2 hours of being laid down, she wakes up crying. Not hungry, just needs to be comforted/rocked back to sleep. I've decided for now I'm not going to let her cry it out because its way too stressful for me LOL

Did you nurse Billy? from what I understand its more a nursing thing because stomach contents empty quicker (easier to digest). Fi has slept 8 hrs at least since she was 4 months old...she sleeps 12 on average now. Its rare that she wakes up.Each of my kids have been different though...my oldest and youngest are sleepers and pretty chill...second and third short sleeps..Makayla is 5 and still gets up at least once a night to pee and hit a glass of milk...second daughter goes to sleeps at 10pm...wakes up at 5 am

I do a ton of squats and stiff leg DL, and leg press.. considering adding the butt blaster but don't like being on my stomach in the gym ..as weird as that sounds
Ive got big hips but big shoulders too so Im balanced..but lookin a lil flat on the rear..and the chest for that matter *sigh*

good booty! serious question...what was your favorite exercise for your ass or was it just natural? my ass is shrinking a little faster than the rest of me and its freaking me out
