Order history showed no sign of my order either, which concerned me...but did receive it this past weekend...So don't know if they had to purge the system or what... ks

Update I did receive my order over the weekend...got everything I ordered and it was discreetly packaged...Order was placed on Feb 25th, so I'm hoping this was a reshipment or some other explainable problem...Either way, I did get my shipment and actually was able to access Support on Online...
