Order history showed no sign of my order either, which concerned me...but did receive it this past weekend...So don't know if they had to purge the system or what...

I did receive my order over the weekend...got everything I ordered and it was discreetly packaged...Order was placed on Feb 25th, so I'm hoping this was a reshipment or some other explainable problem...Either way, I did get my shipment and actually was able to access Support on Online...
