    Just my opinion but your traps look a little small compared the rest of your development (maybe its the pic angle). Looks good all around though.

    cardio and heavy lifting combined?

    Wow. I didnt realize cardio could add to overtraining. I thought overtraining was just a syndrome of too much lifting. I ran 15 miles last week and lift 3-4 days a week. I dont use a multi vitamin or any other supp.
