Can anyone tell me if it is bad to have a few drinks at night after a work out? What are the affects that it has on muscles post workout? Also is there anything that i could do to prevent this (Besides the obvious of not drinking)?
Has anyone had any experience of stacking the two together and if so, what was the difference between using AAS on their own as opposed to AAS and igf-1 together?
I know alot of guys use IGF-1 during pct to bridge, but assume someone has stacked it with AAS for increased results.

someone recommended it’s a good idea to know how hard your really working during a workout, what do you guys think?
I have a small amount of quality vet test cyp and i think it was exposed to some heat,can that ruin the drug or does it take extreme temperatures?

had my blood pressure checked at the doctor and it was 150 over 110 thats pretty high i herd that cian pepper cieane pepper ceiane how ever you spell it you know what im talking about i herd it will lower blood pressure anyone know if it works or anything else that works??
What do yall think of vitamins? Do you take a multi vitamin or any vitamins? I have some friends that take them and others that dont. So what do you think?
