Will try & grab the books second hand on Amazon once I've burned through this new omnibus I've just started (read Max Brooks World War Z while I was waiting for it to be delivered, admittedly been struggling to sleep past few days - its potential reality has set my imagination alight!)

Yep. Code was his handle. Super brilliant guy that worked for the DoD at the time. Later on he made a few million selling some point of sale software he created to Walmart.
