Every source has test. Not hard to find at all

Energy usually transpires to better performance, so find something that gives you the energy you need. For me I like caffeine and quite a bit of it.

Always start low at 1 to 2iu.

Id say 500 of each makes a lot more sense in my opinion

The question is why are you staying on test afterwards? Are you on trt?

Ot really depends on your goals and what your current stats and cycle history is. Theres no one answer for this

Drop the tren dosage to 200 per week and keep a trt dose of test in there

Looks pretty good for a first cycle. You may want to feel out the ai dosage because you may not need much at that test dose
