What are the consequences of consuming 0.8/9 grams of protein per pound of body weight instead of the recommended 1gram? Will it make a significant difference?
There is a doctor that I go to who gives B6/B12 shots for 10 bucks a shot for fat loss and cutting up and I was curious if it really works and the pros and cons of these shots. She also has pills that you take in the morning and evening that do the same for those who don't want injections.
My last blood test results showed that my TSH were high at 4.8IU/L.. But my T3 and T4 were in range. This is the first time I've had my thyroid checked was only because it came in the new package that I get.
Anybody no the reason why it could be high? Will this have an affect on my gains?
I wanted to know If you take a compound such as Test Sustanon. And you stop taking that. And then immediately start taking a compound such as Test Cyp. Would there be a fall off/build up period?
Do you guys have an preference on when you like to be on cycle? I live in a 4 seasons place so would the winter be most ideal seeing as how depressing it gets not seeing the sun? Or Summer time because its just more pleasant to do things outside. What do you guys think?
