ok.. im running a 8week cycle. the one phreezer posted. and i have gotten my hands on 10ml adex. the question is. is this enough at all? can i in anyway take advantage of this?
If I want to build as much strength as possible but also have strength endurance how would I split the reps and which workout would be used more low reps or high reps???
So I have been trying to heat up my vials but they keep crashing and I have never even used them WTF!!? Any advice to get past the crashing repeat ? Or are they long gone?
