Cuz i was alwys taught to rest at least two days but i jus lift hard 5 days then rest the two days to recover. But since u can work out without resting so how less of an intensity would u have to make your workout schedule so u dnt over work yourself in the gym? I jus need a good workout...
I lift on monday to fridays and rest on the weekend. Im trying to cut weight but i wanted to kno if doin cardio on my rest days would be okay to do. And if so do i do jus light cardio or more?
