I would keep nolv. on hand just in case gyno symptoms start to show up start takeing the nolv. at 20mg if you feel you need more go up to 40mg. For post cycle take clomid 2 weeks after your last shot at 50mg a week for 2 weeks(some people are going to say that this is not a good enough doseage)

I've used retina on my face and it definatly made my skin peel off but after a while i noticed my face was really clearling up. hopefully that will help you and i used to put lots of lotion on try that also
