I never have any problems using it w/EF. But I always use level III proxies. MOAR secure!

yeah, it's a badass program. I was on a proxy from egypt and it turned everything on google into arabic.

I think so, only downside to doing the free way and googling the lists is sometimes the proxies are already dead. However, EPS lets you test the proxy and will tell you how secure it is. Sometimes it takes awhile to find a good one.

yes, you have to download the software. Then google, "elite proxy list" and you'll get a list of proxies. enter those into the software.
