    Um yea, 220/120 had the wife check 3x both arms. Then last one was 200/120. Geez. I've always been 120/60 or whatever normal is. Anything I can take?

    I have recently started getting headaches after workouts and at first I thought maybe I wasnt hydrated enough potentially but I made an emphasis to be super hydrated and the headaches still persist! Any ideas what this could be or what i can do?
