Have gone mildly paleo earlier- it led to immediate smaller boobs- not something i wanted! I'm starting on weights now- what effect is that likely to have on my body shape? Not planning to be very strict with paleo, going to just ensure that I eat a lot of vegetables.

I bought it a while ago when i started, and tried it just as is from a spoon,
nearly vomitted it back up all over the kitchen..
So i tried it in my shake, still doesnt mix up too well.. and all i can end up
tasting is the flaxseed...

Would AAS be recommended if say I am dealing with a torn muscle in the bicep? Would taking say TEST help with muscle regeneration during my rehab or would it be a waste ?
Does anyone practice meditation? I started recently usually try for 5-10 mins a day in the morning and before bed. Helps me relax for sure. Anyone else do this ?
