eat more slowly... that will help!!the faster you eat the more air you wind up swallowing which will not help... also the the more you chew helps because it's allowing more time for your teeth and saliva will have more time to kickstart the digestion process!! ditto!!! that just a bad blood draw!! had it happen before... when they ran through both sides of the vein they were drawing and trying to wiggle it around to figure out where the vein was.... but they had gone straight through it, so no blood until they pulled the needle back a bit!!
