Okay I spoke to my sports physio on the last session and he said I can train legs again but don’t over do it and don’t load the back.
Workout was short and simple and looked like this

Push day today, felt great and recovering well with the Rehab. The new clinic I’m at have been excellent and have actually listened when I was saying it feels like a glute issue and not a back problem. They’re treating it as a glute issue...

Missed last update. Over worked my back again like an idiot so been back to Rehab to get it recovered. Luckily this time is not that bad and I can continue to workout moderately. Few weeks of easing off the throttle for now.

Food4fitness meals arrived. Forgot to take a photo but I’m a simple person.
Ordered bulk packs. A few kg of chicken breast, rice, pasta and bolognaise.
Current meal plan has been

Thank you for this brother, I’ll give low impact stuff a go as I feel like recovery is stagnated.
I’m good most days but if I go for my usual one hour walk I suffer leg pain later that night from nerve irritation
