I was unpleasantly surprised myself to say the least! And you might be right about that because my baseline blood work said testosterone 407 and estradiol 29. In other words not a very good ratio!

Yeah, I know that, at least for me, I have to be careful about putting in too much volume. I've learned that the hard way before getting burnt out and responded much better when I cut the volume a bit. I guess I'll have to experiment a little bit and see how much I can take while on my first cycle.
I'm a firm believer in enough sleep. I think a lot of people take to lightly about sleeping enough and letting the body rest and repair. After all, that's when we repair the damage done and come back stronger!
