    best way to get more fiber in my diet

    what is the best advice when it comes to getting fiber in my diet and supplementing more I follow a high protein diet almost like a carnivore diet but I also get very constipated and it gets more and more difficult to go to the bathroom what kind of supplementation would work in my situation?
