    Crap, I've been using it lol. Only been taking 1 200mg tablet of caffeine and 1 8mg tablet of ephedrine per day though(Usually 30mins before training)

    That sounds good, only thing I would do is space out the time between chest and shoulders. At least have one day in between the two, I would personally sugeest two. Thats just my 2 cents. I just got dinged in one of my posts for having those muscles too close together and to spread it out

    I would love to, but the problem is I don't have a scale, so I don't think what I tell you what I'm eating would be much help without exact weight(right?) Im in between jobs right now so dont rly have the extra cash to buy one yet

    I'm finding it difficult as hell to get the right amount of protein intake. I demolish chicken and turkey breasts like a made man, and scoops of iso whey, and I can never really get over 150grams a day.
