I am coming off my cycle soon. What are good supplements to take to keep gains or keep gaining. For example I heard creatine or amino acids are good to take during off cycle. Any advice?

How long should I wait in between cycles before I start a new one? If I do a 12 week cycle for example, should I wait 12 weeks before I start my next cycle or can I start sooner? Would it effect the next cycle starting sooner? Would I get better results to wait? Sorry for the rush of questions...
